Ap works as it says it does but GOD forbid any support is needed. After changing phones, my credits disappeared. Of course I only noticed this on the day I needed to send a fax. I contacted support through the ap and was told I needed to send a copy of my receipt (which means they also have no way of tracking my purchase). I had over 200 credits left and needed to send an urgent fax so 4 days later I had to purchase further credits and I STILL dont have my old credits back. So while I rate the ap almost perfect, the support gets 1*. Very frustrated that I have sent a copy of my receipt (THANK YOU APPLE!!! If it wasnt for their impeccable customer service and record keeping I wouldnt have been able to find a copy of this receipt) and still, no credits. They are averaging 2 day response turn around timing. Not what I would call solid ap at all. Will NOT recommend to friends and colleagues. Not al all sadly.

Once your all ready to send, it wants money. Minimum 50 faxes. Ill probably do 15 in a lifetime. Ripoff

Been trying to send 1 fax for days.. Doesnt send. Wasted $3.99 for an application that doesnt even work. SAVE YOUR MONEY

When I try to load a document, it just keeps "processing" forever, and never loads.

Dont waste your time. This app and its creators are very sneaky by not telling you until the very end that you will need to buy credits in order to send a fax. There is no mention of having to buy credits anywhere in this app until the very end after youve already done all the work to send a fax. Cmon guys. Just be upfront and tell people you will need to buy credits before they download this app. Also this app is not compatible with most other apps and it is nearly impossible to fax from an existing app. It is not even compatible with Apples own "notes" which comes with every iPad

App is featureless and costs you 80 cents per page faxed. What a horrible cash grab. Looking elsewhere for a simple fax app.

Bought 50 credits ( minimum purchase) in order to send some paperwork. It cost me 10 credits. I just had to replace my phone lately and after reloading everything from my latest iCloud copy, this app deleted all my credits. There is no "Restore In-app purchase" option. Had to buy credits again...all-in- all, 2 local fax sheets ended up costing almost 10$. Next time, please buy me a drink before getting in my pants. Thanks for...not impressing me

app is very easy to use and soes its job. I remember when faxing was the pinnacle of technology in the late 80s and first half of the 90s. I really like the app. it saves me a lot more time working.
